Default Hello....

Hi everyone! I am a little delayed on my intro since I joined but I might as well introduce myself anyways! I have been crusin' around on the site for quite some time and really enjoy the site! I also enjoy long walks on the beach when the sun is setting and my favorite food is any kind of shrimp!

Welcome from Wisconsin. Walking on the beach is nice. Here it is a semi rocky shoreline, And you have to step around the dead sheephead and carp. And if you didn't get out of there by sunset, the mosquitoes will eat you alive. And can't forget about the ever popular Lake flies. Look just like mosquitoes but don't bite. Just really annoying.

They hatch about 4-5 times a summer, and last about 4 days. I live about two blocks from the Lake, So I don't get them quit that bad. You certainly don't want to ride a motorcycle, or a bicycle through them. It is kinda funny watching people that experience them for the first time.

I had actually lived in Oshkosh for about a year right by the lake. I lived on Winnebago ave. The lake flies are REALLY annoying and I hated always having them swarm the house!

Yeah, I was maybe a block away. My wife and I bought the house and I was going to go to fox valley tech. But was put on a waiting list and we wound up selling the hose and moving back home so I could go to WITC. I do miss it out there, there was a lot more stuff to do than back in Hayward.
