Default Brake lines.....

Hello.... I have a 1990 xj w rc 4.5 lift. I ditched the sway bar for more flex, but now my front brake lines get tight when it flexes way out. Is there a line that will fit in place of the stock ones that is longer(the rubber one from the drop bracket to caliper) and also any tips on where to go looking for military grade 33" tires?? Do they sell them in surplus stores for army goods? Thanks y'all.
