Greetings from Finland!
Hi everyone!
I finally decided to register with cherokeeforum.com. I've been reading this forum for a while now but today it started insisting me to sign in...
I live in Vantaa (just outside Helsinki), Finland with my girlfriend (engaged but not yet married) and two year old son.
My Jeep enthusiasm started as I traded my -06 Ford Mondeo STW (Ghia) for -00 Cherokee Sport six months ago and I don't regret it a bit. Although it has the 2.5L4 engine that doesn't boast with power I just love it. Just last week I got the RoughCountry 3" lift kit installed with all new leaf packs and springs and also changed the 235/75-15 Cooper lifeliner classic II's to 31x10.5-15 Bridgestone Dueler 673 M/T's. The old leafs were totalled and they definately needed to be changed so I decided to do a small upgrade in the same run
This is my daily driver and I'm trying to keep it street legal. This sometimes feels almost impossible here in Finland and even the 31" tires I now have are a few millimeters too large
I'm not planning on doing any extreme mods on my XJ although I'm just building an OBA with a Sanden AC compressor. Maybe I'll write something about it as soon as I get it finished.
