Finally joined.
Hey all, southern CA here,
I bought a 87 4.0 inline 6 cherekee, 4 door 2wd manual for $1k from my friend. The engine was rebuilt at 180k and the odometer reads 282k.
In the past 40k miles it's got a new: clutch, new tires, fuel injectors, distributor, battery, radiator, thermostat and battery.... I know this for sure because I was the one who did it for my friend.
It needs: A/C work, speedo and water temp (only voltage gauge and fuel works on the cluster, been using gps for mph), motor mounts (I can see where the fan clutch hit the radiator but no leaks), new headlights, new windshield wipers, new side view mirrors, drivers side seat belt, horn and I'm looking to put a locker on the back axel.
