I've wanted one for years! It's a clean 98 Sport 4x4 with 157k. Not really keen about the red, but everything works well (except the driver's power doors lock). It leaves a few drops of power steering fluid when i park but other than that, it runs nice. I like it as is (stock) & don't plan on taking it off the asphalt much, but i'm sure it'll see some dirt trails in the near future. I got it for the utility aspect, some light motorcycle towing & it's reputed durability, plus, i just like how it looks. Glad i found this site!

Thanks for the welcome! Lovin the the XJ but not the gas mileage, worth it though! Guess i can drive the other car for that!

 

I have an xj on 33s, and a commander that gets 15 mpg. Dont complain.. lol

 

Welcome, I just got my first yesterday and it is red too! Well, they got a different name like cranberrry or something. So much info to take in here your head will explode. My productivity at work went down the tubes today!
