[FS] tail light mount for cb antenna
I've had more comments on your antenna mount in the last few days than anything else I've done to this jeep I think. Such a small thing but everyone loves it. Keep up the good work.

So... maybe not the best placement for the antenna? First trip out with it I went through some branches and snapped the whole thing right off.
What about a version 2 that sticks out straight backward so the antenna is behind the taillight?

Did you have the antenna mounted straight to the mount? I find its better to have a medium duty spring between the mount/antenna especially with a fiberglass antenna like a firestik. The spring will take the tension off of the mount and absorb most obstacles you hit the antenna with. Just a thought for your next setup

I will be addressing this issue first thing tomorrow morning. I test each bracket before I send them out. I will be testing them more "vigorously " now to ensure that they last. I will guarantee any bracket I sell for life. Customer satisfaction is more important to me that money. So if anyone has any issues PLEASE let me know asap and i will do what ever I can to make it right !
