Hey just got home from work, got my bracket today. That was quick, thanks it looks good. I'll post a pic once I get it mounted.

love it just if you are using a firestick mount you may have to drill out the hole a bit so that the plastic washer that keeps the center part of the antenna thingy doesnt contact the mount, it is acting as the ground, the plastic washer has a lip that needs to fit inside the hole.

 

Yeah I got a firestik thanks for the tip. I'll prob have time tomorrow. I hate having the cb mounted and not being able to use it. I gotta set up my pa speaker too. Any one know a good place for it?

I had mine under the hood but I bought a new cb with no pa jack. My buddy runs an all weather one on his roof rack

 

Oh that's nice yeah I'm planning on putting under somewhere so it's not muffled by the hood
