I have a complete factory privacy cover for the rear of the XJ. That is both front and rear mounts, no cracks and the retracting cover. Grey in color this is for the 96 and older XJ's. No idea on compatibility for the 97+ XJ's
Some color fade and also note this cover is meant to clear a factory installed spare tire.
No screws included, they were simple phillips drive self tapping screws the originals that were removed were a little too crusty for my liking so i didn't bother keeping them.
