These cables are very nice and very well-made. Yes, there are others out there and they appear well-made (and probably are) but, for my particular application, they are over-kill. These are perfect and his price is reasonable.
Installed my cables today. I am impressed at the quality. Here are a couple of notes.
The red cable with the little hole on one connector didn't fit anywhere. Every electrical connection I unbolted used a 13mm nut. I drilled it out to 5/16" and put it on the starter. No biggie. Jeep seems to change things without any rhyme or reason.
Instead of using the mega fuse holder, I just thinned the head of a bolt, slid it into the slot next to the main fuse block battery lug. This was perfect spacing for the mega fuse and it eliminated one of the red cables. I did have to trim the plastic cover for it to fit on over the heavier new lugs but it trimmed out great.
I still need to install the cable between the head and firewall. As far as I know that cable is flat braided for RF noise elimination. The new black cable should be fine there but might be overkill for the job.
That cable with the 1/4" hole on the end is for the alternator.
That's what I read here but it didn't fit. Heck, I couldn't have hammered it on to the alternator because it was too small for the bolt. It all worked out.

Weird. My alternator is a 136 amp alt for a '97 and it fit just fine.
