NOS Factory Subwoofer Kit
I have a couple NOS Cherokee XJ subwoofer kits I am looking to move. Couple years back I was looking for some NOS molded mudflaps and struck out. I giggled and asked about the subwoofer, only to find out that a dealer had a handful of them left. I bought out the rest of the stock. I installed one in my Jeep, sold one to a guy on another forum, and I am tired of these sitting in my kitchen. Time to make some money for paint/lift on the XJ, or to go into one of my MJ's.
The factory subwoofer kit is a sealed 8" sub with amp included that sits into the factory spare tire, be it a convenience or full size. Comes with all wiring needed to plug and play into your factory stereo. I love mine because it adds that depth without loosing space to a sub box and always being in the way. You aren't going to win any DB contests, but you don't know how much you are missing out on until you have a little more bass.
Sub kits are unopened, new in box. This is a pic of the one I installed. If you would like, I can open the box before shipping to make sure all is well, or let you have the satisfaction of breaking the seal on your own.
I would reccommend this for the guys who are looking to retain some of the stock audio components and keep a factory look while helping the sound out. I installed mine shortly before my stock HU went on the fritz. I added a bluetooth HU, and since the subwoofer wiring ties into the speaker output, the new HU with the increased power toasted the amp. This could be easily solved by separating out the wires to independently control the signal. I ended up buying a small Rockford Fosgate amp and picked up a $25 8" off eBay and refurbished the setup. The surround on the stock woofer was starting to go out anyway due to age.
Looking to get $250, OBO for each setup. I am open to any interesting XJ/MJ parts trades or offers. I am always hunting for cool factory options and goofy stuff.
Located on the IL/WI border 90 miles NW of Chicago. PayPal accepted and preferred. Kits will ship in factory box with new packing tape.

Nope. It is a complete stand alone unit. No Infinity options needed. The harness it comes with just intercepts the factory radio harness for the signals it needs and it tells you to use a scotch lock to tap into the cig lighter power for the juice to run the amp. Not how I did it initially, but if you wanted to, it's that simple. Plug and play, amp, speaker, enclosure all in one unit. Runs some wires and you are off.

I know about what those go for and I know we are in the same neighborhood, but I would rather takes the cash for them and not have to resell a switch.
Thanks for the offer though.
Also, willing to do $250 shipped in continental US.

How far are you from Racine, WI (can't see on phone app)? What would you charge without shipping? I also have a rebuilt 231 and 3 electric fans with a shroud that I MIGHT be willing to barter with.

I am in Harvard, IL. Google says I am about 1 hr and 16 minutes city to city.
W/O shipping I could do $200. Would consider an e-fan trade, depending on setup.
