Common XJ colors are red, dark green (moss/forest green), white, dark blue (patriot blue), gold/tan, gun metal blue, silver/gray. I would expect those colors to be the most desired by XJ owners... a tag in a color that roughly matches their jeep. For example, I have a "Patriot Blue" jeep. I find the blue you offer too bright and the "glow in the dark" a turn-off. I believe you're offering a product that has a lot of potential to do well in jeep forums and on sites like ebay. Offering colors that correspond closely to factory colors would probably help with their saleability.
Jeep grills are very iconic and recognizable. Cherokee, Wrangler, Patriot, Commander, Liberty, et al, each have a distinctive yet "jeepish" appearance. In many ways Jeep ownership is a bit like Harley Davidson ownership... its often a life style statement. That certainly creates a lot of potential for selling things like hats, shirts, keychains, decals, etc.
Good luck.

Do you (and anyone else on the forum) have any other ideas about unique products that I could design and bring to the community here? I understand asking for ideas is kind of a cop-out (the designing and ideas should be what i do), but this isnt my full time job by any means. I am a mechanical engineer by day and I really dont make much money on these 3d printed things. I really just like being able to create useful things that people will enjoy.
Some ideas that have been thrown my way are:
Mag light holders
Center console clips
shifter handles
t-case handles
What do you guys think about these things?

I'd be interested in a 2 of the TJ style grill ones. One red and one pink if you have it, didn't see that color listed anywhere. If no pink, then the second one could be black. Feel free to PM me the total price shipped to 17019 and your Paypal info. Thanks!

Got mine yesterday... I must say the red looks a little pink to me. The back side is also quite rough, it would be nice if they were equally smooth on both sides. The shape is really good, just like an XJ. Maybe need to be bigger though?
Overall a good effort. Keep posting up, would like to see the progress you make.

On another note though, I am working on a D-cell Maglight holder that I think many of you will like! Need to do a little more development and durability testing before I release it, but I have very high expectations for it! Stay tuned

I could with some minor alterations to the grille. The parts that are white and not connected to any other white parts would need to have little connecting pieces to hold them in place.
Right now I'm busy trying to launch this: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f73/cu...holder-183904/
Ill try to get a mockup of that made here soon though
