What are the advantages of upgrading to the 99- newer intake? Are there any other consideration as far as and lines etc? I have a 97 cherokee and I would consider the upgrade.

Better air flow and increase in horsepower as a result.

It will all bolt up and the vacuum hoses will connect just as fine.

Just curious. Does the power steering bracket require a unique pump? My 91 has stock pump/bracket/intake.

Also, injectors and all still swap over?

Yes all injectors and throttle body will swap over.

The pump itself is the same, but the bracket that holds it changed in 1996.

I got an 99+ intake manifold, a set of 703 injectors, and a '99 bored throttle body.

I ll also include a power steering bracket for you guys who have pre-1996 cherokees for 15 bucks more.
