Be patient. Standard cut were only used for a couple years in the LP30, so much lower demand. Try some TJ forums also, they use these gears.

yeah well i actually have no idea weather its an xj axle or tj axle now that i think about it, i originally bought this axle off craigslist and decided to sell the gears because the housing and tubes had some issues, so i decided to take the gears out because they're in amazing shape and i wanted to get a couple dollars back from the loss i took

try to find a part number on them and look them up. Im kinda in a similar situation. that's how I found out there is a difference. I bought a Cherokee housing with 4.10s to put in my 97 tj d30 and I found out the pinion was about a inch to two long and wouldn't work in the tj housing.

i was just reading that '00-'06 TJ gears are the same as '00-'01 XJ gears and '00-'04 WJ D30 axle, so anything before '00 seems to be different, so that might have been your issue
