Hey everyone,
I am selling my 2000 Jeep Cherokee sport 4.0L 4x4. I have cared for this thing as if it was a living breathing being (and it is). The vehicle has had 2 previous owners before me and an accident free history. I have modified and improved the vehicle in many different ways (listed below). This vehicle has a new engine (not rebuilt, new). The body (Transmission and transfer case included) has 150k. This car has been my daily driver and has never broken down on me and will not do so on anyone in the near, far, or distant future. I have made sure of this. The lift includes full leaf springs, and lower control arms, transfer case drop (1.25").
So what are the improvements on the car? (Records are available for everything)
New 4.0L AMC I6 courtesy of PepBoys. (2012)
New alternator (2014)
New Tie rod + tie rod ends (8/2014)
New Evap canister (2013)
New Catalytic converters (2014)
New Oxygen sensors (2014)
New Dynaflow muffler
New Rough country 3" X series lift (2014)
Differential fluid change, Royal Purple 75w-90 (2014)
Rotella t6 + Wix filter oil changes
New leak detection pump (2013)
New battery (2012)
New brake shoes (2014)
New spark plugs (2013)
Wheel alignment (8/2014)
2006 Rubicon 16" rims (x5)
265/75/16 all terrain Wrangler authority tires (x4)
235/60/15 Cornell highway tires on stock steel rims (new)
This truck is every jeep lovers dream, and being such I am not in a rush to sell. All this truck is missing is a roof rack, and a winch. I've put in all the wrench time myself (for most of the jobs). Keep it as is, or modify it further, it's completely up to you. The price is negotiable, but low-ballers need not contact me.
Feel free to pm me and I can send you my number and we can discuss a meet up.

To be honest. The price is worth it to the right buyer. The price may seem high to other people but to the right people, it may sound fair. But those "people" doesn't come by very often.
Like u said u aren't in a rush to sell it.

If it makes any difference my Jeep was on the lot with an asking price of $5500...it is a 2000 xj classic, and it had like 170,000 miles, so this isnt that ba of a price to some people...Had this ad been on when we were xj hunting and if you were located closer, this would probably have been a candidate for someone like me...So just wait for someone like me haha

Thanks for the support guys. I had a guy in my area offer me 5300 for it today. Were in the process of discussing the price, he seems like a serious buyer.
I'll update the thread if it sells.
