Interested in selling my 1995 XJ (Jeep Cherokee Country, 4 door, 2WD) in Virginia. 120,xxx miles (very few miles added since mid-2016).
Has stayed in family with 2 owners. Very well maintained in FL from 1994 to 2011 (original owner). I inherited it in 2011 and have put thousands into maintenance/parts/repairs since then.
Would make a great project car. Selling "AS IS". Sides of body and back hatch in good condition; rust on hood, roof, and underneath that needs attention.
Some pictures in my photos and below from a few years ago, but side and back look similar now. Interior in decent condition. Will work on posting more pictures, otherwise, please request.

battery replaced in 2019
alternator: replaced with remanufactured one in 2018
serpentine belt replaced in 2018
starter replaced in 2017
radiator and oil sending unit replaced in 2016
valve cover gasket replaced in 2016
spark plugs replaced in 2016
thermostat and housing replaced in 2016
water pump and radiator hose replaced in 2014
thermostat replaced in 2014
heater valve and valve cover set replaced in 2012

Brakes (have ~6K-7K miles on them):
Front brake pad and 2 rotors replaced in 2014
Rear brake shoe replaced w/ remanufactured in 2014
Rear brakes (2 drums and 2 wheel cylinders): replaced in 2014
transmission output shaft seal (related to rear brakes) fixed in 2012

Tires:
tires replaced with all season tires in 2012 (have ~16K to 17K miles on them)

Suspension:
shocks (front and rear) replaced in 2016 (have ~ 3K-4K miles on them)

Lights:
both headlights and L indicator/marker light replaced in 2016
brakelight (L) replaced in 2012

Hood:
2 hood latches and hood release cable replaced in 2017

Other:
Tailshaft seal replaced in 2014
