FS[FourCorners]: 3" aluminum bumpstop extensions
#1
I make bump stop extensions in my garage from 2" aluminum bar stock. They're very sturdy and I can make any custom size. I'm in Tucson but I'll ship em anywhere free. Cross posted on craigslist.
Price is 20 dollars for 1" spacers and each additional half inch of length is 5 bucks. You can pay through Pay Pal unless you're local.
Due to the size of my machine, I can only do up to 3" spacers. I tried a multi piece design and it is way too time consuming to be worth it for me or the buyer.

The 3" pair may be spoken for, just trying to set up a meet. The length of bumpstop depends on a lot of things. The best way to determine what length you need is by flexing your jeep till just before the tires hit the fenders or just before your shocks bottom out (whichever comes first), then measuring between the axles and bumpstop and adding 1 inch to that measurement. That'll be how much extension you need.

I definitely do make them to order. However, my wife gave birth to our first baby on Tuesday so everything's pretty hectic and it'll take quite a good while before I can ship anything out. Feel free to let me know what you want and I will start working it when I can. Just know it may be up to a couple months before I can finish them.

I'm debating getting something cleaner looking than the pucks I'm using now, but still undecided, I guess I have time to think about it haha.
I'm on 33's now with uncut fenders, then possibly 35's with cut fenders so I'd like something with adjustability. I was thinking of 6x1" spacers just like you make and I can use any combo I need depending on what I'm running, but if price is too much I'll just stick with pucks as they basically do the same thing, just uglier haha.

Thank you, we're definitely getting hit in the face with one of life's bigger learning curves haha.
Six 1" spacers for each side is definitely doable and with the price list I've got worked out, it'd be 70 bucks shipped. Having that many pieces for the pair would make it extremely time consuming though so you would be waiting a while before you got to chuck those pucks haha.
