Xj running hot

Hey guys I could really use some help with my xj running hot. It’s really only a problem at highway speeds going up hills it gets hot (235 before I pulled over hot) it doesn’t puke coolant but it does make me uncomfortable especially being far from home when it happens. Here’s what I have done
Mishimoto radiator
Dealer water pump
3 new thermostats
New rad hoses
New thermostat housing
New head and head gasket
New harmonic balancer
New exhaust from header back
Deleted the rad from trans circuit and installed a trans cooler
Hd fan clutch
Hood vents
New ac condenser
That’s all I can think of at the moment I have also flushed the cooling system probably close to 20 times any help would be appreciated.

pull tstat out and run without from cold observe highest temp

any change

Have you changed the temp sender or maybe the gauge is off

Verify gauge accuracy using an IR gun at the thermostat housing.

Most likely problems in bold if everything else is working right.
