XJ Replaced Floor pans and headliner
I replaced my rotted out floor pans with new ones from Sherman Auto parts in Mich. They fit great, but there was some trimming needed for all the rust (no pics of that). Once they were in, I fiberglassed the gaps and covered the whole area to provide more insulation. I covered in up with new heavy duty insulation from JC Whitney. And shock pad over it all makes it nice and quite in the Jeep and no more melted shoes!
I then replaced my sagging headiner with some nice black vinyl. When everything was out, I painted all the plastic pieces to match.
I'm happy with the results.
