Always best to go new. It maybe more expensive but it will last longer.

it will help the sag for a while and then it will sag again. checkout serious offroad for good prices on RE leaf springs if you plan to lift it

no no no. all wrong guys. you dont need new leaf springs. your current springs are just under too much weight. start by only filling the tank up a 1/4 full. this will drastically reduce the weight on the springs. then replace all windows and windshield with clear saran wrap, delete some other useless features like seatbelts. then go slam on the brakes and lets see what happens

I'm not sure if I want to lift it I just hate the freaking sag.

You forgot the spare tire and speakers haha..... Id say go with some brand new HD oem packs, dont go after market 0" lift packs because it will be a smooth sloshy ride with stock springs in the front, and heavy spring rate leaf springs in the back will be bumpy compared to what your used to.
