Default WJ Steering Wheel for an XJ

Does anyone know if a WJ steering wheel would work on a 98 XJ?

I know a non airbag wheel will not fit a airbag equipped XJ. Go to the JY & find out.

They are both air bag and cruise control equipped. Just curious about electrical connections for air bag and cc. But thanks, I should have taken the time to go to the jy and pay for a part that may or may not work Before asking for advice.

What I meant was, a non air bag XJ wheel will not fit a air bagged equipped XJ.

You don't need to buy it, just see if it will fit a XJ. Duhh.

Yeah I did the search using different words but nothing came up. Guess I'll have to follow Dave's advice and just go to the JY and take pics. Stay tuned.

Had to re-pin the ZJ connector onto the XJ harness so the ZJ clock spring would plug in. And I had to grind a little plastic off of the clock spring to make it fit.

But pretty easy to do. The colors match up IIRC.

I've been looking at our Cherokee's slightly younger cousin, the Liberty. They have almost identical buttons and certain wheels have nice chrome accents.

I still want to try and get a KL steering wheel to put in my XJ. Has a nice feel to it and it's heated. O.O
