The WJ axle is closer to JK D30 width than it is to XJ D30 width so it would be way wider.

It now I'm just gonna look into getting another xj d30 and work on it and get it swaped when I'm done. What about the zj d30? There are quite a few zjs at my local scrap yard. I could drop one from there easy.

The ZJ D30 might be a low pinion and come with CVs instead of U-Joints.

Zj's are also low pinion...Aren't the CV shafts weaker? I know alot of zj guys swap to the u joint style...

Look for any D30 from a XJ or Mj and make sure its a non disco! If you can find a ABS axle..it has the tone rings on the axle shafts, it'll have the stronger x760 joints in it.
