Okay guys, I just mounted and wired 5 KC Daylighters on my roof. It stays on for about a minute and then the fuse blows. What is causing this and how do I fix it? Would putting a relay in help?

Yes you need relays for the lights a must really if installed correctly. Then a main concern is the size wiring that you ran to supply them the longer the run the larger the wire. For those 5 lights you should use at least a 10 ga wire from the battery to the roof for that load.
I have 4 sets of Hellas mounted 2 sets on bumper,1 set front of rack, 1 set rear of rack backup/work light each set has its own relay and switch. I used 10ga wire for the supply lines to rack mounted ones (because of length of run) and 12ga to the bumper.
