I picked up a built rig that's missing the windshield. I can't put a conventional windshield in due to to the spreader bars are in the way. I found a place local that can cut one from 1/4 in lexan for $100.
Anyone have the measurements?

 

I hope this is an off-road only vehicle. Lexan is not rated for highway use. Also, consider your use for the xj. If you are in a dusty or muddy area, Lexan will scratch with every wipe of a towel or windshield wiper resulting in the constant replacement of the Lexan.

As for measurements, let the place cutting the Lexan get their own measurements. That way if it don't fit, it's on them.

Just a few thoughts.

It's a trail queen, offroad only, no wiper motor/wipers. Mainly to keep rain water out of the dash. The guy said to bring him a pattern. My guess is to cover his but & not have to make another one.
