You use a battery terminal that has a bolt and a wing nut on them for 12v hookups. These are used in marine apps and on boat batteries. With them you have room for several other hookups as well as the winch.

I'm on my same pair from my first jeep 8 years ago. 5-90/KWIP sells them, you can get them on Amazon, eBay, anywhere really. $8 a pair shipped. I believe they're Humvee battery terminals but I'm sure there is an crush name to them you can google.
You don't need multiple studs, just know how to efficiently use the stud space you have. I'll snap a pic of mine in a bit..

Here's those exact terminals I mentioned on my rig now:

Also you don't need all that rubber c**p, just get the $8 terminals and call it good. But one thing to note is that these terminals only work if your mains have rings on the end, these aren't Walmart thermals where you cut the OEM wire and pinch it back down on the new terminal.
If you don't have upgraded mains yet now would be a good time to do those too.

5-90 is who supplied the style I posted on that came with my kit from him, it does have a longer bolt for the starter/ground & connections to be used. But the best part for accessories the wing nut top terminal is very quick to disconnect if needed in case of a problem with them, no tools needed.

I Have hi grade marine clamps on mine since I hate constantly removing the whole clamp anytime i do work on the rig, and its much easier to loosen the wing nut and i use a lock nut on top of the wing nut.

If you need another spot for Pos connection, you can use the bolt right in front of the fuse box. Standard bolt so you can add several leads there.
Those hmvee terminals look good too.
