They bolt it down securely for a reason. Listen to these guys or dont its your choice. It may not happen today but if its not bolted down it will pop apart and gush fuel. I would prefer not to see your next thread titled my xj burned to the ground lol. Get the right parts and do it right or dont do it at all!!

Let's recap.

Ask advice. Get advice advising not to use them.

Install them anyway.

Too short as previously posted in a response.

Jury rig a fuel squirting device on an engine above the exhaust manifold anyway.

Cruiser's now an *******.

Perfect.

is there some way you could build a bracket to secure it? if not, it will come loose eventually and hot engines don't mix well with fuel...

With too-long injectors, possibly. With too short you need to weld on new tabs to the fuel rail.

703's work for Renix AND engines up to 98. 746's are for Renix only.
