Yes, 91 is Renix as well. The cases are the same.

If your swapping whole transfercases - 90 and earlier were 21 spline, 91+ are 23 spline.

If your asking if you can take the SYE out of the renix TransferCase and swap it into your 91's 231 case, then yes as they're all the same inside.

91 was the first year for the HO motor, 90 was the last year for Renix.
