Im thinking about relocation of the iat sensor onto the intake I installed a few weeks back, it would be an easy move but will it benefit my jeep at all? I have a 2000 jeep Cherokee. I live in northern ca and the weather is warming up soon to be 90○ plus all summer long.

At first maybe it will due to PCM commanding more fuel due to lower measured AIT. Eventually long term fuel trim will correct things back to the same A/F. You have ODB2 so you can't compare to results others have gotten with Renix era. The lower AIT might make the PCM command advanced ignition timing but you can get even more timing out of a CPS mod.
