Default Will this fit ok?

I have a 99 xj with up country suspension. The up country sits 1" over stock (so I have heard). I want to put the tires and wheels from a stock wrangler that I have. (they are 30x9.5x15 and I beleive backspacing is 4.5) on it but want to make sure they fit properly. I put one on and nothing is rubbing but at full turn the wheel is about 1/2" from lca and 3/8" from the swaybar link (I believe).

Does this seem ok for now? Will I have rubbing issues if I am not on level ground, or will nothing change?

I also am planning on lifting next summer (most likely 3-3.5) and was debating 31x10.5x15. Will these have an issue rubbing with that backspacing? I do not want to run wheel spacers

I included pictures but they are probably not very helpful. Hard angles to take pics from

Thanks guys

If you have that much clearance at static height then you'll be fine.

The LCAs and sway links obviously move up and down with the wheel.

I'd turn the wheels and see how close the tires come to the lower most parts of the fender flares.

With that narrow of a tire you should be fine. Run them for a while and see what happens.

About an 1.5" minimum from wheel wells when turned. Here are pics. First one is the stock tire and wheel.
