i put their 3" full leaf kit in my 93 in early 2006 when the kit was something like $420 shipped. i got standard duty kit. swapped the coils out for RE 3.5s in spring 2008, and changed out the shocks for 5150s that summer. the winter 2009 i added a factory cherokee 2nd to longest leaf into the pack for extra stiffness and to bring the rear up a little. the bushings were pretty much gone at that point. the jeep made it another few months before it got parted and scrapped. total time on all that was about 65-70k miles.
i've seen their springs more recently and they have gone down in quality. pretty sure the jeep my friend had who took my old rustys leaf pack was sold and is still running around with them. no idea if anyone replaced those bushings.. lol

I got a used rusty's 3.5" full pack lift off craigslist over a year ago and the ride is great with the RE superflex arms and the rear is still at 4" so i will be leveling it out when i get the chance. No complaints so far with their springs I'm running

The only real-world experience I have to share:
1: A guy we were wheeling with at Tellico (yes this was a long time ago so their quality may be different now) had one of his adjustable lower control arms break at the axle end. It was the bushing "cage" that failed by splitting horizontally across. We tried to do a trail weld but it didn't last so his weekend was over.
2: I've bought skids from them and had very good luck with them.
3: A friend of mine ran a Rusty's long-arm suspension, as well as Rusty's stuff for his wife's XJ and as far as I know never broke them, and we wheeled our junk hard.
4: I just bought a lifted XJ and I *think* it has a Rusty's track bar. It seems to be in ok condition so the jury is still out on it.
