Looking at upgrading my LCA's in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I have 3 inches of lift, and would like to remain at that height, so I am looking for the fixed LCA's. Currently running stock LCA's, and they have taken some wear. Mainly a DD, with some light offroading. I have been looking mainly at the IRO and Rusty's, but am open to other suggestions around that similar price point.

Take a look at Metalcloak. Their unique joints are a great combination of durability and flex. They dampen vibrations well and are easily rebuildable.

What 4.3L XJ said, they definitely appear to be the strongest design I've seen, although they're not fixed length like you said, most likely for your application most any aftermarket arm will be more than strong enough unless you're doing desert racing or rock bouncing or something of the like.

I run the adjustable uppers from IRO, but the lowers are just RE's for $100. For a 3" lift, they're way beefier than the stockers and those lasted 258k as a DD / light offroad.

LCA’s will withstand a lot of crap no matter what brand you get(except rough country). The main concern in D30s are the LCA axle mounts. They tend to rip off but as long as you’re not doin any hard wheelin you should be fine.
