Was it bolted to the diff AND the tubes? Or just the diff. My 44 rear is trussed for my 4-link setup up and it's "bolted" to the diff, but it's burned into the tubes. It's just usin 4 diff bolts so the middle isn't just hovering over the diff. Not really there for support.

That's not a truss. That's the mount for the upper arms on his long arms. Still a terrible idea.

Wow. That's a lot of engineering and fabrication for something so wrong...LOL

Looks like both, BTW...it is a mount but it does u-bolt to the tube. But still a bad idea all around.
