I just got my PA speaker in the mail today, and im super excited to go use it at the CWS (Cause I live in Omaha). Any ideas where to mount the speaker?

 

What size is it? Most go underhood, if its small enough.

 

I put my P.A speaker in the engine bay, right at the firewall on the driver's side (between the fender and master cylinder/booster).. it fit snug enough that I didn't need to tie it down either.

Mine is a 98 Cherokee.

 

My old set up was cutting a hole out of the bumper and mounting it from the back. Then the mesh screen (similar to the material on a window screen) to keep it covered.

I got rid of the stock bumper and put on a wrangler stubby stinger...just mounted it to the drivers side and threw some flat black on it to keep it not as noticeable. Haven't had a problem with it yet!

 

I did the same with my siren/p.a. speaker on my '92 except i bolted it to the inner fender.
