I run MasterCraft Courser MTs on the street. I'm on my second set, but my first set is still in use on a friends Rodeo. They wear like iron and when I was using them offroad, they worked well.

I too swear by my duratracs. I had a set of 32" ones on the old jeep and put a set of 31" ones on my "new" XJ. I've tried just about every snow tire and these are by far the best ever, even without studs. Even in snow up to the bumpers as long as you keep your foot on the gas, they just keep churning you along. All the siping and the slightly softer rubber compound makes them sticky on slickrock too. I leave them on year round and they are just as good as any mud tire I've ever had in dirt, gravel, rocks and mud. The 32s were a year old when I sold the jeep and they still looked brand new so as long as you take care of em they are durable too. Proper pressure and regular rotation are key to making them last.
they don't make 32" "duratracs".
just sayin..lol

I have 32" Falken Rocky Mountain ATS tires. I don't love them in the snow. In fact, I have never had a tire do worse in the snow, but on rocks dirt and light mud they have been fine. I will say that overall all they seem to be wearing well. My next tires will be km2's.

I vote for 12.50!
Your going to want a 15x8 rim with 3.75 backspace so you dont have any rubbing issues. I run 33x12.50 Mickey Baja Claws. 3" of lift.
Ive never personally had the duratracs but all i hear is good things about em. My buddy has them on his cherokee and he is pretty fond of them. They are up there on my list for when the claws wear out. I mostly run my baja claws on the street but i got them basically for free so no biggie if they wear out quick. They arent as loud as you would think either.

Did you "cut n' fold" your front fenders too? I dont know why my eyes locked into that when i looked at this pic. lol
Dakota definity mts. 31x10.5. I live in south Florida and they destroy swamp mud. I'm now on 5+ inches of lift and im upgrading to 33x12.50. Same brand. Hoping the extra width doesn't screw me in the swamps/trails

You can just trim the fronts off however you like. You only have to cut vertical and fold up in the rear because of the way the fender is pinch welded just an FYI.

I like the smooth edges of doing it that way and it gives the fender a little more structure. This is the second XJ I've done it to. I've used the more traditional method on another one, but hands down prefer cutting and folding all the way around. Just a personal preference I have. I've since beaten the metal up, I was trying to incorporate the old wheel well liner, but ditched the idea.

just to add to my earlier comment.
My 235 DTs had 42k miles on them when i put my 33s on. I rotated them reg and checked tire pressure once a month.
when i gave them to my buddy they had about 75% tread on them, no lie. They were never offroad either. they were on there way to be a 60k tire easilly imo.
Imo all the tires mentioned on here are good tires. its gonna come down what tread pattern you like and what kind of wheeling.
From what reviews i read on here and tire rack, when thinking about the KM2s; i decided not to go with them because they crappy traction in rain and slushy snow.
I allready knew the DTs were awesome in this kind situation from experience. So i stayed with them. So search every tire that you want to go with and judge them by what ur usage is gonna be.
