i do a lot of street driving so i dont want something that makes a lot of noise..and they wont engage till i put it in 4 wheel drive right?

My Aussie in the rear makes a ratcheting sound in turns in parking lots etc,but my front locker(Lock Right)is silent I never know its there in 2wd.thats why I say if I had only one locker my choice would be the front.160.00 is a pretty good deal on that locker though

I've got an Aussie in the rear. Sounds like you going up a roller coaster when turning. No regrets at all. People always look at my jeep while turning thinking it's about to fall apart. I want to get one in the front too but going bigger lift first and tires then locked front
