I think there's a sticky somewhere on here that has them listed. The prices might be a lil off but you can always ebay it for some good deals... I know TopGunzCustoms has some great deals, but their ebay prices are higher than their call in prices, but you can usually hit the make an offer button and they'll work with you.

Go with the Zone Offroad 3 inch lift. I have it on my XJ and it's great. It comes with shocks, an add a leaf, and new coils plus all the hardware you'll need. It's $290 all together. I've beaten it pretty good off road and the suspension has held up great. Give it a try, you'll love it.

It's the part of the lift kit that lifts the back up. Most 3" lift kits have them. It's a single stiff leaf spring. You install it by taking apart the stock leaf pack and adding the aal (add a leaf) and putting it all back together. Do some research on it. You might also look for a kit with a transfer case drop or degree shims to fix any drive line vibes you get as a result of lifting your jeep.
