How can you tell what kind of front axel you have?

all XJ's have a dana 30 in the front.

If it's stock then its simple...

1984-99: High Pinion Dana 30
2000-01: Low Pinion Dana 30

If it's not stock, post a pic.

If you have a Jeep xj,mj,wj,zj You have a D30 They were put in more applications then this but I'm guessing you have one of these. If not post a pick of the differential and I can tell you.
