Look for worn/bad tie rod ends on drag link and tie rod. Are your control arm bushings good?
Best to have someone turn the steering wheel lock to lock and look for things that move that shouldnt move

4.5 in the front with stock control arms? Could be your caster being off but would think it would do it more often then not. I know you said your track bar is tight but I had a similar problem, mainly started by bumps, and nothing seemed loose, but when turning the wheel lock to lock I noticed play in my axle side track bar mount bolt. Tighten the hell out of it and never had a problem since.

if you are on stock length LCAs (lower control arms) then you need to shim the LCAs forward... if you remove the frame side mounting bolt for the LCA you will see that the LCA is slotted... further more you can make that slot a little longer if you have the correct tools
the max you can shim them LCAs is around 1/3" due to the length of that slotted bolt hole... if you make the slot longer then you can go further... however 1/3" should be just about right
