What gears does the factory Dana 35 have and what would be a good upgrade from stock and good for daily driving. I have 33x12.5 15 with a 4.5 lift

For your 33's, a 4cyl XJ donor would have 4:10's in the stock pumpkins. If you have the money I'd 2nd that 4:56 recommendation as it would give you the legs you need today and the inevitable 35's in you future.
Factory gearing is going to be 3.07's if you have the 5 speed; 3.55's with the aw4 and no tow package, 3.73's with the aw4 and the tow package.
For 33's, I'd recommend 4.56's.

Also 4:10 in 4 cyl Manuel's. There are also factory 4:56 out there not sure what they came in tho. So a recap would be 3:07-4:56 is posable. On 4.5" of lift and 33's I'm going to assume this will be a weekend wheeler and doing most city/highway so I would say 4:10's will be the best for you. Good luck with your build

Well first off don't toss ANY $ at a Dana 35 past a gear oil change. The admin of Comanche club had his blow up just by driving on the high way. So,
The questions I have for you before you figure out what gears your looking to run is, 4 cly or I6? Standard or auto? I'm assuming 4x4? Also your going to have to look into getting a new rear end if your doing a gear change, so start doing resurch into that matter also.

seeing how you in florida theres mostly flat ground 410 from a 4cyl xj would work just fine with the standard tranny and save alot a doe for other things
