what i'm going to tell you is going to be the very unpopular opinion.

you've got .250" lean on one side of the rear? odds are good, it'll be just fine, if the little bit of lean bothers you, replace the springs with a new pack. otherwise just run it. .250" isn't going to hurt anything.

that's not the issue..the issue is that the aal is starting to sag...plus it's a crappy aal that probably rides awful...why not replace it if you have the means.

I can confirm that it does ride not so great. It's not my daily, so there's not really a rush. Plus, I'm going to save up some more cash to buy a nice set of complete packs. I'm leaning towards OME.
