I have used Water Wetter with great success keeping my old XJ cool (as well as my dirt track cars), recently in another forum a ZJ owner/mechanic suffered trouble in traffic, after thermostat, radiator, and a few other things, The heavy duty NAPA fan clutch finally solved his problems.

I know you said you want to go all electric, but I thought this might help others.

I've done the Hood vents, raise the rear of my Hood a inch, cleaned my fins on the radiator, Zj clutch fan,190 t stat, new water pump and mine stays under 210 all day unless pulling hills and idling forever at taco bell but it never goes over the 220 the electric fan kicks on and takes over till 210 again,

Is there any website where I can pick up the CSF radiator?

Nevermind actually just found it.

If anyone else is interested

I got a 3 core all metal radiator from radiatorbarn.com and it made a huge difference. Dropped my normal temp about 15 degrees and my stock electric fan has no problem keeping it under 210 when wheeling

I didn't see it listed, but worth mentioning. Is you fan shroud in good shape? does it have a good seal to the radiator?
