wanting a more agressive look
i have a 2001 Cherokee witch is basically stock i have up graded the suspension so it pretty heavy duty. i was thinking of a heavy duty front guard and some new rims and bigger tires maybe even a lift. the down side is that its not a 4x4. so i really dont have the time to hit any trails but i do want it to look like i do.
Some stuff to make it look aggressive (observe laws where applicable):
Roots style supercharger with a cogged belt sticking through the hood
Cool bumpers/armor
Chop top rear (Humvee style)
Bob/Dovetail
Aggressive tires (i.e. Swampers)
Doorless
Fenderless
Compcut/stretch
Bedline exterior
Picture of angry pitbulls
Punisher stencils and rattle can
Voila. Instant Aggressiveness!

OP already said he doesn't want "functional" aggressiveness, he just want's it for the looks. Also, if you do the angry eyes, I wouldn't paint it. If you don't like the look, or if you decide that you actually need to see when you drive at night, you might want to be able to take it off easier.
Put a BB and some big ol' knobbies on it. Then realize how useless it is to buy aggressive tires that wear 2x faster than street tires if you're never going to use them.

Oh, and putting as many sticker as you possibly can ALL OVER the vehicle will help. And good news for you, each sticker adds 2hp! Except for the stickers like jegs, K&N, and flowmaster, which add 10 hp a piece.

Not my Jeep here, but
