Do whatever you want man! It's a jeep thing, not a civic thing.
The reason we're giving him hell has nothing to do with his jeep being 2wd. It's that he wants to lift it just for looks, and nothing else. We'd do the same to someone with a 4wd who asked the same.

Wow people. Just because its not 4wd capable its not a real Cherokee is that it? Kinda like how wrangler owners say Cherokees aren't real jeeps, isn't there a thread floating around here full of people. Who here had actually wheeled a 2wd XJ, I have and I must say it was intense where I got it to go in 2wd.
Anyway back on topic. Do you have a picture of what you XJ looks like currently, might give us a better idea of what would look good.

if u want an more agressive look, put youre mother in law on the hood.

i dont really care how my jeep's looks.
sure it's not an mean car, still people dont like the cherokee as the wranglers.
so our cherokee's are not wanted by most 4x4 drivers, especialy at the land rover side. still our cherokee's surprices most other 4x4 drivers if it comes to off-roading or snow driving.

so the jeep Cherokee is in my opinion the most mean machine ever

A winch bumber might what you are looking for. Even 2wds need winches to get them out of spots that only the 4x4 kids would be playing....

Alright, I've read this long enough. Trust us, you will eventually want to try to have fun with this Jeep. So, get wary of tow hooks front n rear. A good Hi-lift mounted for recovery. Then add a couple Aux lights. As for lift, maybe a 3" with some 31x10.50 ATs. Now we have the basics for recovery, traction, lighting covered while adding "The Look" to your ride.

In his defense, he's standing up for himself. But EVERYONE needs to keep the flaming to.themselves. We already got a thread full of retards with no respect for themselves, others or this site.

Just get the normal stuff.

Bumpers
Roof rack
snorkle
flares
6.5 lift
33x12.5 goodyear kevlars
some 15x10 rims with 3.75 of back spacing (this is whats going to make it look good)

It dose not matter if its 4x4, I could prob make it in 2wd through 95% of what everyone on this site considers "extreme wheeling"

A front bumper will always add more aggression depending on the style. check out l&l fabrication, they have some nice prices, i really like their winch bumper
http://landlfabrication.com/our_bumpers.php

Nates 4x4 has some good things too,
http://www.nates4x4.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=1821

add on some mt's with wheels to give you a wider stance will help too,
cheap retreads with good quality:
https://treadwright.com/
Not as cheap but still cheaper than most:
tirecrawler.com
I really like bfg km2's and tirecrawler sells them for a good price

New wheels:
http://www.quadratec.com/categories/...t_cherokee.php
You can get some cragar soft 8's for good prices,
I am about to buy ion alloy 174's for $360 shipped from summit racing
http://www.summitracing.com/search/d...n/5-x-4-1-2-in

there are many things you can do, these are just some "Image of Aggression" places you can look, if you want to sound aggressive to, let us know,
