Question Violent shake/shutter/shimmy

Well here it goes. Installed rc series 2 3" lift, adjustable track bar and quick disconnects. Changed both diff fluids & tranny fluid. Changed both pinion seals. Inspected both driveshafts-cleaned and greased. Torque all fasteners, used Haynes manual. When I get above 65mph or say cross a set of railroad tracks doing 55 my jeep will go into a violent, complete vehicle shake/shutter. Braking, gassing, unloading drive train(pushing in clutch), doesn't stop it until I slow to maybe 30 35mph. It's done it maybe 4-5 times since I installed the lift, it's been around 600 miles since lift, I just retorqued all suspension fasteners today and it happened tonight on way home from work. I'm looking for some help guys. Thanks in advance.

Check and see if the axle side track bar hole is wallowed out and see if the bracket in the frame is lose.

Side note: The rear yoke/pinion nut has to be torqued correctly. If you over tighten it, it'll crush the crush sleeve and cause wear on the bearings and cause premature failure.

thanks so far for the info. I have installed new track bar, no lower control arms with bushings. I did however unbolt the trackbar from the frame to remove old trackbar and clean and paint it, so I will recheck the torque on those fasteners. I checked ball joint play by hand-with the tire on- but not with a long bar under the tire, I'll ubtain one and see. To be continued....

I checked the track bar mounting bolt on the passenger side-it was tight-and pulled her into the garage to do the driver's rocker. I've got the rocker in, rear driver's inner fender repaired at front and back and inner panel installed in driver's quarter. I'll have this buttoned up Sunday and will get back to the dw Monday. Just before I started the body work I checked my rear pionion angle and it needs to be changed 4 degrees to match output. I've got the RC 3" leaf packs, at the bottom of the leaf packs is a wedge, if the wedge is spun around opposite the way it was installed when I got them it would put my pinion angle closer if not spot on. I swapped the driver's side and will do the passenger side when jeep is repositioned in garage. Has anyone done this before?-swapped the wedge around.

The wedges are part of the leaf pack. I'll post a pic tomorrow.

You can swap the pinion shims around but they are only supposed to help pinion angle not hinder it. I'm not sure what you mean by switching them but the thicker edge is supposed to go toward the rear of the jeep. I have a set of 3" rc packs sitting next to me right now and I can tell already the shims are junk. I used BDS steel shims in a 4 degree on my last cherokee with a 4.5" measured rear lift and a 1" t case drop
