putting my project XJ back together, lost the vacuum reservoir ball.
I will be putting an aftermarket front bumper on, and have read that the ball would need to be relocated anyhow.

Is there a generic aftermarket one that is square that would fit somewhere else better??

There is the original sphere shaped one on ebay. The seller is "oldbarnclassicsllc" . It is priced at $14.25 shipped.
My XJ has a aftermarket bumper and I zip tied the ball under the bumper out of sight.

 

What is the vacuum canister that is located next to the firewall on the passenger side on a 1995 Jeep Cherokee

 

This thing? EVAP canister. Emissions stuff.
