Default Upper shackle bolts and lift

I recently installed a rustys 3in kit with full packs. I noticed that depending upon where i park or how i park...the back sits higher. I was talking to the guy that helped me install it and he told me that its prob the upper shackle bolt cause we had to pry it forward to get it on the leaf. He said its prob frozen just like the others were and to soak it in pb. He also said to maybe drill a hole in the center of the bushing and get some pb in there also. Does this sound like it would work? If there are any other ideas...please let me know. I really dont feel like puttin on new shackles.

when those bolts seize, they seize. i doubt any pb will help, and neither will drilling a hole because that will only get it between the metal sleeve in the bushing and the bushing itself, not between the bolt and the bushing which is where the problem is but and i also doubt that would make the back sit much higher, youre talking about some tension on a small peice of rubber supporting the weight of your whole jeep. if its small enough of a difference to where you only notice it when you park certain places, i wouldn't worry about it and would only attribute it to the fact that you put new springs in there and they might need to just settle a little bit
