Here's one of the things I've done. Jeep didn't have a headliner or the board when I got it. Found a board, ended up with this. I'm happy with it and hope to never have to do another headliner.
this is pretty obscure, but if you can pick up whats going on with the mod on this fender flare you are pretty sharp....
haha i'll spill the beans, you are looking at two flares plastic welded together, a little fiberglass & body filler.....joined above the black paint mid door....
I just didnt like the look of when people moved up the flares and you could see the sheet metal at the bottom where the flare used to be, so i went to the junk yard and got more, so it has the stock look....
