Depends on what head you have. or reducers.

I dont know the name of it I all mine are 3/8 head and then i use a 1/2 to 3/8 reducer as my torque wrench is a 1/2 head

If you cut the bolts, which is normal and fine, but don't de burr the bolt properly you can easily screw the threads on the bolt. Do you jump the jeep a lot and have no limit straps, long shocks, and super flexy leafs? There isn't a lot of movement the rear axle goes through that would put a ton of stress on those nuts. Unless of course at ride height your shackle angle is so bad that the springs are completely flexed out.

It strips while im torquing... Ill try a new u-bolt and flip the plate around to see if anything changes, i'm thinking that while i tighten the u-bolts, the plate is scraping the threads off .. Idk haha i hate this ****, if i had a coil setup id be so much better off
