Tube Doors?

Im looking for a way to make tube doors for my 99 jeep cherokee. ive been thinking about this alot for summer i have no ac in mine. was wondering if anyone has made them i would like to have them rounded instead of a bunch of straight bars welded together. thanks for any input!

I've seen S10 Blazer spare tire carriers used as tube doors on 4 door XJs.

They are bare tube you provide the hinges and latches from what I understand
