Transfer Case Drop
I have to drop my tcase on my cherokee. I installed a 2" lift and there is some vibes noticeable now. I heard of people fabbing their own drop kits. What can I use as a spacer? I will prolly drop it 1/2 inch and see how that works out.
Thanks

Wood, brick, tooth paste, little bunnys are all good options but I tend to use some square tube stock and/or solid stock.
Measure the holes, drill and install with longer bolts. There is a stud bolt thing that will have to be removed and replaced with a bolt.

I used stacks of fender washers on 2 Jeeps (ZJ and TJ), 1" square tubing on my current XJ and SYE and DS on the TJ, (the TJ started off with the washer stack). So 3 TC drops kits all purchased at Home Depot, total cost about $15.

So I am going to do the drop tomorrow. Does anyone know what size and length bolts I will need? I am assuming I will have to replace the four bolts.
Thanks
Thanks
