Ok so I messed up my trans over the weekend while at the Rubicon over the weekend and now I am looking for a new one. I currently have an ax15 and I am wanting to go with the aw4. How difficult is the swap and what all is needed minus the trans of course. Thanks for any and all input on this.

 

I think all that's needed is a new t case for the new tranny, and resizing or getting new drive shafts.

and all the wiring. you need a TCU, TPS, and the associated wiring. some years will work without an auto ECU but im not sure.

 

Yeah that's true Didn't think to ask, what years the jeep your Doing this to?
